• Recommendations about possible alternate energy savings to decrease energy cost.
• Develop a customized written energy plan to include: project annual savings, tuned setting of the facility, how to update and change settings to meet basic need, how to update and change the settings to match basic changes in energy rates.
• Education plans for energy stewards.
